HERE SHE IS!

ASHLEIGH AND DOROTHY BRILLIANT, SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, 1994.

We met in 1966, when we were both teachers sailing around the world on board what is now known as the Semester at Sea program. We got married in 1968, and have been living in Santa Barbara (where Dorothy's family has lived for generations) since 1973.
Among Dorothy's many many loves were: cats, travel, hamburgers, care-giving, banks, archaeology, geology, space, figure-skating, Coca-Cola, and plumbing.

Dorothy passed away on May 24, 2018.  She was 86.
