Visiting on the Internet is fun, but of course there's nothing like actually being here. We welcome visitors from all over the world. If you want to come and see us, (and be able to choose in person from 10,000 illustrated Brilliant Thoughts, in many different forms) here are the directions:
We're in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA -- a country in the northern part of the western hemisphere, most of it sandwiched between Canada and Mexico.
Our state is CALIFORNIA, which you'll find in the lower left-hand corner.
California has two main cities, both on the coast of the Pacific Ocean -- Los Angeles and San Francisco. We are in SANTA BARBARA, a much smaller coastal city on the main road between them (Highway 101), but closer to Los Angeles (about 2 hours driving time from L.A., 7 from S.F.)
If you're coming by car from the South (Los Angeles), get off Highway 101 at ARRELLAGA ST. Take the first possible left turn (Bath St.), then the first right (VALERIO ST.) Proceed for 1 1/2 blocks to no. 117, which will be on your right.
If coming from the North, get off Highway 101 at MISSION ST. Go left on Mission to the third intersection, and turn right on DE LA VINA. Go 3 blocks, and turn left on VALERIO. Go half a block to no. 117, which will be on your right.
We are at no. 117 West VALERIO STREET, a small house with a green roof and a white picket fence.
If you're already in Santa Barbara, the easiest way to reach us is to go to the beginning of the 1700 block of State Street, where there's a traffic light and an IHOP restaurant . Turn west (away from the mountains) on Valerio Street. Go 1 1/2 blocks to no. 117, which will be on your left.

Santa Barbara has an airport, a train station, and a Greyhound Bus station, all just a few minutes away from us, -- and of course you're also welcome to come by bicycle, or on foot.
We are here much of the time, including weekends, but our official business hours are Wednesday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (To be sure of finding someone here at other times, better call first).
